Horrible, os habéis quedado con nuestro dinero a pesar de que nos dijisteis que podíamos cancelar ![trustyou]()
Al llegar nos mandaron a otro hotel de la misma cadena, al llegar a ese hotel nos dicen que nuestra reserva está cancelada y que no nos pueden dar habitación para los 3 (matrimonio e hijo 4años) que tenemos que coger si o si 2 habitaciones sin posibilidad de poner en una una cama supletoria ni nada por el estilo, al pedir la hoja de reclamaciones el recepcionista si se ofrece a buscar habitación en en hotel que habíamos estado anteriormente, volvemos allí, esto fue uno de los peores días de lluvia... Ya habíamos cargado y descargado las maletas 4 veces!! Por fin nos registramos en este hotel, la habitación familiar tenía trozos de pan por el suelo y un olor a humedad tremendo, durante la noche pasamos por una sensación de sauna y ruidos provenientes de la carretera, se oía pasar todos los vehículos como si estuvieran en la habitación. Al día siguiente el dolor a humedad continuaba y decidimos cambiar de hotel, preguntamos por la posibilidad de cancelar la habitación y nos dijeron por teléfono que sí, que no había problema, así que hicimos reserva en otro hotel y al volver a por nuestras cosas nos llevamos la gran sorpresa que no nos devuelven el dinero, a pesar que nos habían dicho que se podía cancelar. Ya estábamos disgustadisimos, sin tiempo ni ganas moralmente de volver a discutir con el personal del hotel. Por lo tanto, nuestra experiencia fue horrible, no le recomiendo esta cadena de hoteles a nadie y desde luego no volveré Se han quedado con nuestro dinero a pesar de preguntar por teléfono por la posibilidad de cancelación.

Verkehrsgünstiges Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal ![trustyou]()
Wir nutzten das Hotel für die Weiterreise in den Süden Spaniens. Um 1:30 Uhr kamen wir dort an, wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt, durften uns noch ein kostenfreies Wasser für das Zimmer nehmen. Das Zimmer war wie in B&B Hotels üblich sehr einfach, aber ausreichend groß. Lediglich der Boden im Zimmer war etwas abgenutzt. Tolles Frühstück, mit mehr Auswahl als in anderen B&B Hotels. Auch hier wieder sehr freundliches Personal 😘
