Hormis un problème de facturation que vous avez rapidement et efficacement résolu tout s'est très passé et c'est un vrai plaisir de séjourner dans votre hôtel. A l'occasion d'un autre déplacement sur le Circuit Catalunya nous reviendrons chez vous car nous sommes proches du circuit et la mer est à 2 pas, c'est très agréable le soir. Le personnel est attentif et efficace.

Todo perfecto menos la almohada
La verdad es que todo fue perfecto, muy tranquilo, perfecto para descansar después de un largo día de trabajo que era para lo que me alojé en este hotel. La parte mala fue que las almohadas eran delgadas y duras, aunque descansé bien por la calma del hotel, el estado de las alomhadas hizo que despertara con dolor de cabeza y cervicales. El desayuno tiene de todo. Para lo que yo lo necesitaba, fue perfecto, exceptuando la almohada.

Le personnel est parfait, l'hotel est trés propre, mais il manque d'entretiens. Les boiseries de la porte de la salle de bain sont pourries par l'humidité ainsi que la tablette à soté du lit. Toutefois j'ai remarqué dans le garage du materiel pour la rénovation des chambres... Le petit dejeuner est parfait et varié, avec un + pour la machine à presser les oranges, proposant ainsi un jus frais. Le parking est trop petit pas assez de places) et mal adapté au SUV. Dans l'ensemble l'hotel est quand même trés bien et le personnel est avenant, à l'écoute et trés serviable.
