És la segona vegada que anem aquest hotel. Ens agrada molt la ubicació, l'amabilitat de les persones de recepció i l'espai coffee on pots prendre un cafè, infusió, galetes, fruita... L'habitació va ser una decepció, tot i que era correcta, però com que era la segona vegada que ens quedàvem en aquest hotel si la comparem amb la primera res a veure.

Excelente atención y ubicación , me encanto, no dudaría ni un instante en hospedarme nuevamente en el hotel B&B Madrid Centro Plaza Mayor, la habitación excelente, muy limpia , los avisos de conciencia en el uso de energía muy claros, la atención de los 3 jóvenes que laboran en los 3 turnos en recepción es estupenda, apoyan y orientan en todo momento, por tanto frio me enferme de mi garganta y a las 3 de la mañana baje a recepción por agua para tomar mi medicamento y el joven que estaba de guardia super amable me proporciono agua , al igual que la señorita Sandra y la señorita que esta en la mañana que me apoyo en solicitar un servicio de taxi al aeropuerto. Tuve una muy grata experiencia con todas las personas en mi visita de turismo a Madrid , de la que sin duda su atención fue una parte importante por el trabajo tan profesional que todos Ustedes realizan. - Take M-14 from Av de la Hispanidad (2 min 1,5 km)
- Continue on M-14. Take M-40 to Av. del Mediterráneo/A-3 (7 min 10,2 km)
- Take Paseo de la Infanta Isabel to Calle de Atocha (11 min 4,1 km)

By Metro:
- Take Line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios
- Change to Line 10 and take it to Tribunal
- At Tribunal, change to Line 1 and take it to Sol station.
- Head west on Puerta del Sol toward Calle del Correo
- Continue onto Calle Mayor and turn left onto Calle de Esparteros
- Continue straight onto Plaza de Santa Cruz and turn left onto Calle de Atocha
By bus:
- Airport Express bus (24 hours) or Line 203 to Plaza de Cibeles
- From Plaza de Cibeles, walk 12 minutes down Calle Alcalá to Calle Sevilla
- Slight right onto Calle de la Cruz/Plaza de Canalejas and turn right onto Calle de Atocha.
From Chamartín station
By taxi
- Take M-30 Lateral and Calle O'Donnell towards Calle de Carlos y Guillermo Fernández Shaw.
- Take Av. del Mediterráneo, Paseo de la Reina Cristina and Paseo de la Infanta Isabel to Calle de Atocha.
By public transport
- Take Metro Line 1 to Sol
- You can also take the Cercanías-Renfe C4 Line (Alcobendas-Parla) to Sol
