The B&B HOTEL München City-Nord is located close to the Englischen Garten and just five kilometers away from the Allianz-Arena. The A9 motorway can be reached in less than 5 minutes and there is an U-Bahn station nearby with excellent links to the inner-city. The hotel’s location is ideal for all holiday-makers and travelers.

Facilities

The B&B HOTEL München City-Nord has affordable single and double rooms, as well as family rooms for up to four people. An elevator makes it easy to transport your luggage. The colorful interiors and floral wall motifs have been carefully selected by a designer. The rooms are air-conditioned with soundproofed windows. Each room also includes a TV and a desk. The bathrooms are tastefully tiled and equipped with a shower, toilet, hair-dryer and washbasin.

A szállásadó válasza

Hallo Tim, ich hol das Ganze nochmal sauber zusammen, damit es rund wird. Du hattest ja bereits eine vollständige Antwort von uns bekommen. Und wie man sieht, hast Du diese sogar selbst 1:1 an Deine Bewertung drangehängt. Das macht die Sache natürlich übersichtlich, ändert aber eben nichts am Inhalt. Die Punkte, die wir Dir damals erklärt haben, gelten weiterhin genau so. Zum Fenster. Das war nicht undicht, sondern entspricht der DIN-Zwangsentlüftung. Die sorgt dafür, dass die Luftqualität stimmt und kein Schimmel entsteht. Was bei aller Kritik nicht untergehen darf. Es gibt auch eine Mitwirkungspflicht vor Ort. Wenn etwas nicht passt, braucht es zumindest ein kurzes Signal an uns, solange die Rezeption offen ist oder über die Notfallnummer. Nur so können wir reagieren, umsetzen, tauschen oder unterstützen. Diese Chance wurde hier leider nicht genutzt. Wir können halt nur Probleme lösen, die uns auch gemeldet werden. Zum Self Check In. Der gehört fest zum B&B Konzept und steht klar auf der Webseite und in den AGBs. Ja, mittags stehen da manchmal mehrere Gäste. Das ist normal und kein Fehler. Dafür zahlst Du in München aber eben nicht die Preise eines Full Service Hauses. Das Frühstück. Zu Stoßzeiten kann es voll werden, besonders bei Messen, Konzerten oder Familienwochenenden. Wir können die Quadratmeter nicht spontan verdoppeln, egal wie lieb wir es würden. Dass es anstrengend ist, glaub ich Dir sofort. Der Hinweis zur Polizei war kein Angriff, sondern die Erklärung einer Option, falls andere Gäste komplett aus der Reihe tanzen. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Kurz gesagt. Du hast die ausführliche Rückmeldung bereits erhalten und sogar in Deiner Bewertung selbst beigefügt. Die Sachlage bleibt die gleiche und wurde transparent erklärt.
