Podría haber sido mejor

Me gustaría que tuvieran recepcionistas con experiencia, más profesionales y amables. Que las camas estuvieran mejor hechas y en caso de mancharse las cambiaran. Un baño en buen estado sería lo correcto y pido que por favor añadan una escobilla de váter para no tener que meter la mano para limpiarlo antes de que pase mi acompañante al baño. El desayuno es poco variado y en ocasiones escaso, por lo que pude ver. Y al finalizar, el equipo de limpieza es bastante ruidoso y desagradable. Podrían cuidar más su aspecto, vestimenta y su modo de trabajar. Qué el hotel tenga una temperatura general que el huésped no pueda regular me parece del todo inapropiado. Pasamos mucho calor, casi no pudimos dormir. Nos dolía la cabeza y se nos bajó la tensión del calor que hacía. Era complicado vestirse y maquillarse por el calor insoportable que hacía.

Missis

We stayed firts and last time in this Hotel (Oktober 2025). Room was horrible. Mold on the bathroom wall, a lot of dust in ventilation system, not comfortable beds and the highlight was a mouse in a hallway. A mouse!!! All in all, you can see a lot of things are just not right there! I wrote an e mail to a GM Mr. Jorge Rubio who never answered me back (thank you, very kind of you Sir) neither the customer service. I don’t know how this hotel is allowed to work and which sanitary inspection approved them to bring people in House.

De lo mejor de Scrap Crea y Decora

La cama no tenia sabanas, tenia un nordico y en la habitacion hace un calor extremo, mejor una sabana y una mantita y ya utilizas lo que quieras. Por cierto no hay escobilla en el wc. El precio se queda un poco excesivo para lo pobre que es el buffet del desayuno, pero se compensa con la cafetera sin limites y con la comodidad de las zonas comunes, poder utilizar el comedor trayendote tu tentempie es un lujo. En cuanto a la reserva si vas para mas de 3 noches es facil, pero si vas para una o dos noches se hacen de rogar.
