Personal de la acogida antipática, que te hacen esperar un montón maletas en mano (no había nadie adelante, pero estaban ocupados al ordenador) El cuarto de baño demasiado pequeño por una familia de 3. (Ya mismo por una persona sola, Imposible moverse dentro) Suelo de la habitación sucio.

Hola Melanie, En primer lugar queremos agradecerte la confianza depositada en B&B Hotels. Lamentamos que su experiencia no haya sido la esperada. Hemos comprobado que su check-in fue realizado justo a las 23,05h que coincidió con el cambio de turno los compañeros de recepción, sólo tardaron unos instantes comentado cosas relevantes a tener en cuenta, Lamentamos que esto haya sido motivo de su descontento, no era nuestra intención sino todo lo contrario. Sobre el tamaño del baño comentarle que todas nuestras habitaciones cuentan con el mismo tamaño tando de la habitación como del baño y lamentamos que le haya parecido pequeño. sobre la limpieza le pedimos disculpas, ya que es un pilar muy importante que no debe fallar, le haré seguimiento al caso con la gobernanta para saber qué ha podido pasar.. Tanto la atención del personal como la limpieza son unos de nuestros puntos más fuertes, en los cuales no permitimos errores dada a la importancia de estos servicios para nuestros clientes, por este motivo, Le pedimos disculpas por todos los inconvenientes.
