Todo fueron facilidades para poder alejarnos. Íbamos a un torneo de baloncesto de nuestra pequeña. El chico de recepción fue encantador en todo momento.

Una Nochebuena demasiado ruidosa ![trustyou]()
Las instalaciones, la habitación y el precio me parecieron muy buenos. De hecho, era el segundo año que me alojaba en este hotel; sin embargo, lamentándolo mucho, es muy probable que no vuelva a hacerlo. El problema fue que mi estancia coincidió con la Nochebuena y en la habitación contigua se organizó una fiesta que duró toda la noche y parte del día siguiente. Apenas pude dormir tres horas debido a la música alta, gritos, ruidos muy molestos y al hecho de que fumaran dentro de la habitación, ya que el olor a tabaco se filtraba hasta la nuestra. Sobre las tres de la madrugada llamamos a recepción para informar de la situación (el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba y tuvimos que llamar desde el móvil). Aunque se les llamó la atención y bajaron la música, los ruidos continuaron hasta aproximadamente las diez de la mañana. El personal fue amable y estaba al tanto, pero quizá la solución más sencilla habría sido ofrecer un cambio de habitación para poder descansar.

El trato del personal fue maravilloso. Las limpiadoras muy trabajadoras y dejan la habitación impecable. Desayuno variado. Muy buena relación calidad precio. Lógicamente eché en falta que se pudiera cenar en el hotel, pero ya sabía antes de reservar que esa opción no la tenían

Mala experiencia por culpa de vecinos ![trustyou]()
Debería existir un protocolo para atajar comportamientos incívicos por parte de otros huéspedes. La noche del 24/12 queríamos descansar y en la habitación de al lado estuvieron de 02:00 a 10:00 poniendo música, gritando y dando golpes, resultado? no dormimos nada. Avisamos al hotel y fueron amables en todo momento, pero se saldó con una llamada de atención a la habitación de al lado que no sirvió de nada. No comprendo que ante este tipo de actitudes las personas que se comportan correctamente sean las que acaban sufriendo las consecuencias y no haya mecanismo para atajarlo. Deberían revisar este punto. Agradecimos que nos invitaran a desayunar pero no fue compensación por no dormir en una hora en el hotel, cuando es básicamente la piedra angular del negocio.
