Affordable accommodation in Munich

There’s so much more to Munich than just the Oktoberfest, beer and weißwurst. The welcoming atmosphere and countless attractions draw hundreds of thousands of people to the city every year. No stay in Munich would be complete without a visit to the Pinakothek, the Englischen Garten or the Viktualienmarkt.

From mid-February 2026 to early August 2026, we are making our hotel even more beautiful and cozy for you. Unfortunately, this isn’t possible without some renovation work. Please apologize for any noise during the day. At night, you will of course continue to enjoy your peace and quiet.

Location

The B&B HOTEL München City-Nord is located close to the Englischen Garten and just five kilometers away from the Allianz-Arena. The A9 motorway can be reached in less than 5 minutes and there is an U-Bahn station nearby with excellent links to the inner-city. The hotel’s location is ideal for all holiday-makers and travelers.

Facilities

The B&B HOTEL München City-Nord has affordable single and double rooms, as well as family rooms for up to four people. An elevator makes it easy to transport your luggage. The colorful interiors and floral wall motifs have been carefully selected by a designer. The rooms are air-conditioned with soundproofed windows. Each room also includes a TV and a desk. The bathrooms are tastefully tiled and equipped with a shower, toilet, hair-dryer and washbasin.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir hatten im oben genannten Zeitraum ein DZ in ihrem Haus gebucht. Leider waren wir mit dem was wir gebucht und erhalten haben nicht zufrieden. Bei der Ankunft roch Ines in dem Zimmer stark nach Rauch. Dies wurde reklamiert und auf Nachfrage ob ein anderes Zimmer frei sei wäre hieß es man sei ausgebucht und hätte kein anderes Zimmer. Im Bad lief permanent die Lüftung trotz ausgeschaltetem Licht. Außerdem waren die ganze Nacht Tropfgeräuche einer Wasserleitung zu hören. Die Klimaanlage, die ausgeschaltet war, surrte und brummte ebenfalls die ganze Nacht. Die Matratzen im Bett entsprachen nicht einem 90/200 Bett. Auch war die gebuchte Flasche Wasser nicht im Zimmer. Hier wurde uns auf Nachfrage ein 0,5 Liter Tetrapack mitgegeben. Zusammenfassend fand ich den Preis von 127 Euro die Nacht nicht angemessen. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in München werden wir mit Sicherheit hier nicht mehr übernachten. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una notte per essere vicini all'Allianz Arena. Tutto davvero perfetto, anche la colazione! Ovviamente la camera e il bagno sono spaziosi quanto basta per un breve soggiorno, però le stanze sono perfettamente insonorizzate e si sta davvero bene.
