Affordable accommodation in Munich

There’s so much more to Munich than just the Oktoberfest, beer and weißwurst. The welcoming atmosphere and countless attractions draw hundreds of thousands of people to the city every year. No stay in Munich would be complete without a visit to the Pinakothek, the Englischen Garten or the Viktualienmarkt.

From mid-February 2026 to early August 2026, we are making our hotel even more beautiful and cozy for you. Unfortunately, this isn’t possible without some renovation work. Please apologize for any noise during the day. At night, you will of course continue to enjoy your peace and quiet.

Location

The B&B HOTEL München City-Nord is located close to the Englischen Garten and just five kilometers away from the Allianz-Arena. The A9 motorway can be reached in less than 5 minutes and there is an U-Bahn station nearby with excellent links to the inner-city. The hotel’s location is ideal for all holiday-makers and travelers.

Facilities

The B&B HOTEL München City-Nord has affordable single and double rooms, as well as family rooms for up to four people. An elevator makes it easy to transport your luggage. The colorful interiors and floral wall motifs have been carefully selected by a designer. The rooms are air-conditioned with soundproofed windows. Each room also includes a TV and a desk. The bathrooms are tastefully tiled and equipped with a shower, toilet, hair-dryer and washbasin.

Discover our B&B HOTELS buffet breakfast for a perfect start to your day. If you are peckish at other times of the day or night, vending machines with snacks and drinks are available in our lobby. Simply order your pizza during the opening hours at our reception. Pets are welcome to stay in your room with you, for a small additional charge.

Personal sehr freundlich, Auswahl Frühstück ausreichend. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Preis-Leistung stimmt.

Hallo David, vielen Dank für deine Bewertung, auch wenn wir deine Enttäuschung über die Zimmerreinigung so nicht stehen lassen können. Zum Thema Reinigung: Eine automatische Zwischenreinigung findet bei uns grundsätzlich nur jeden dritten Tag statt – und das auch nur dann, wenn unser Team zwischen 08:00 und 12:00 Uhr freien Zugang zum Zimmer hat. Wer das „Bitte nicht stören“-Schild heraushängt, signalisiert uns klar, dass wir draußen bleiben sollen. Wer öfter oder zu anderen Zeiten eine Reinigung wünscht, kann dies ganz einfach über unser „No Cleaning“-System aktiv bis 22 Uhr für den Folgetag anfordern. Dass keine Reinigung stattfand, liegt also schlicht an der fehlenden Meldung oder dem blockierten Zugang vor Ort. Deine Mitwirkungspflicht als Gast ist hier entscheidend. 🧹🌿 Was das Bett angeht: Schlafkomfort ist eine sehr subjektive Angelegenheit. Unsere Matratzen und Kissen sind in allen B&B HOTELS standardisiert, um unser unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stabil zu halten. Dass du sie als „maximal unbequem“ empfunden hast, ist schade, aber bei einem Budget-Hotel mit Fokus auf das Wesentliche sind individuelle Härtegrade eben nicht im Programm. Vielleicht sind wir für deine speziellen Ansprüche einfach nicht das richtige Produkt. 🛏️ Dass unser WLAN bei dir nicht performt hat, wundert uns, da wir eigentlich für unser schnelles Netz bekannt sind.
