B&B Mataro niemals wieder

Leider hat das B&B Hotel im Mataro in keinster Weise meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Von außen ein wirklich imposantes Gebäude, fängt es schon vor der Eingangstür an: Überquellende Mülleimer außen. Innen Fahrstuhl schön mit Edelstahleinfassung, die - wenn überhaupt - ganz selten gereinigt wird. Linker Hand ein Glasverschlag, der zur Lagerung von z.B. Matratzen genutzt wird. Fahrstuhl innen: einfach nur dreckig. Matratzen im Zimmer 104 & 106 (behindertengerecht) waren durchgelegen. Anstatt dass man mir eine neue Matratze anbot, hat man mir ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, allerdings schon dazu gesagt, dass die Matratzen alle gleich sind (hätte mich interessiert, ob die neue Matratze im Eingangsbereich links s.o. bereits durchgelegen geliefert worden ist, habe ich aber zu spät bemerkt. Duschhocker im behindertengerechten Zimmer aus Holz (unhygienisch!!!) und ragt in den Duschbereich hinein, ist also eher noch eine Stolperfalle. Ich muss nicht im Sitzen duschen, aber benötige einen Haltegriff in der Dusche. Dieser war so niedrig angebracht, dass ich ihn gar nicht nutzen konnte. Keine Aufhängevorrichtung für Toilettenpapier. Keine 2. Rolle Toilettenpapier, als ich bei der Rezeption fragte hat man mir eine Großraumrolle gegeben, Durchmesser ca. 30 cm. Während drei Tagen Aufenthalt mussten täglich die Zimmerkarten erneuert werden, weil sie nicht mehr funktionierten. Das Personal (ich habe nur junge Leute angetroffen) hat keinen interessierten Eindruck gemacht. Glücklicherweise habe ich auch schon in vielen anderen B&B Hotels europaweit übernachtet. Dieses war mit Abstand das schlechteste und wird mich nicht wieder sehen. Absolut keine Empfehlung. Finde ich sehr, sehr schade!

Buen sitio.

El trato con el señor de la recepción, me hizo perder el tiempo para luego no hacer nada. Lo del desayuno gratis que proponen en la web, en mi caso, por lo que sea, no pudo... el e-mail de confirmación nunca llegó, al hacer la entrada, la chica nunca me informó de ello. El personal de limpieza, cuidadoso y meticuloso en su labor. Y por restos de alguna clase de obra, muchas zonas comunes sucias de restos de polvo.
