El hotel está en una ubicación perfecta, al lado de todas las tiendas. Viajé en pareja y la estancia fue muy cómoda. La cama muy buena, el baño pequeño pero suficiente y cada mañana nos dejaban en la puerta unas pastitas y agua, es de agradecer el detalle. También en la planta 5 hay pastas y café gratuito y una terraza muy bonita para tomar algo. Tiene al lado un parking a unos 5 min dónde puedes aparcar y te hacen un descuento. Un importe de 18,50€ la noche. No está nada mal comparado con otros parkings. Por decir algo a mejorar, la habitación tenía muy poca luz. Era bonita porque la cama y el techo tenían luces led pero eché de menos un poco de luz al menos para deshacer las maletas, ya que cuando llegamos era de noche.

Atendimento excelente, localização top, para quem gosta, tem café, suco indistrializado, chá e frutas 24h. Colchão agradável, tem frigobar e ar split, amenities Dove e o carinho de ofertar àgua e um mini croissant todos os dias.Peca no quarto escuro e blindex pequeno, mas nada que tire o mérito do hotel.

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, con personal muy amable. Habitaciones confortables y silenciosas. Dispone de espacio común para calentar (microondas), café, infusiones, zumos, galletas y fruta las 24h a disposición de los huéspedes. Todas las mañanas cuelgan de la puerta una bolsita con agua y pequeños pasteles, un detalle muy bonito. Repetiré sin dudarlo.

My stay at this hotel in Madrid was absolutely perfect. I couldn’t have chosen a better location..it was the most amazing area to stay in. Everything was close by, and with just a short walk we were able to visit many of the city’s main attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always in a good mood, ready to assist us with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. Right below the hotel, there were countless shops, restaurants, and places to go out, making it ideal for walks, dining, and entertainment. The mattress was perfect and extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. We also loved the 24-hour complimentary coffee available on the hotel’s rooftop, which was accompanied by fresh fruits and biscuits, such a wonderful extra touch. Every morning, they kindly left a small paper bag with croissants and bottled water for us...another thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special. I honestly couldn’t have made a better choice, both in terms of the hotel itself and the area. I would definitely stay here again!
