Perfecta ubicación
Siempre que vamos a Madrid venimos aquí, pero esta vez no me ha gustado que no me dejaran subir a la 5ª planta a tomar un café. Tampoco me ha gustado que fuera a pagar, me dijeran que ya estaba y luego me cobren después de mi estancia sin avisar.

Bastante satisfecha
Vengo a menudo. Siempre satisfecha, pero esta última vez me pusieron problemas para guardarme la mochila cuando hice el checkout, alegando falta de espacio. Era una mochila pequeña. Si esto realmente ha cambiado, deben comunicarlo

Casi perfecto
La ubicación estaba muy bien, el apartamento era muy cómodo y bonito, el personal muy amable y creo que nos costó un precio razonable. Y todo esto se vio empañado porque una pared del baño estaba llena de moho negro que daba aspecto de insalubridad y suciedad. Por favor, ese tipo de detalles echan por tierra todo el trabajo restante.

Fantástica ubicación
La ubicación es excelente, tienes cerca todo lo que necesitas. El check out fue muy sencillo. Lo único que no llenó expectativas fue la cantidad de agua caliente para la cantidad de huéspedes que éramos (4, pero solo pudo ducharse 1), luego solo agua fría
