Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Personnel, voyage de visite à mes enfants.

Hôtel proche de RER, déplacement facile. Mauvaises fréquentations des jeunes qui traînent dans les couloirs la nuit. Trop froid dans les chambres. Changer le sommier des matelas. Il faut des sommiers adaptés aux matelas. Un peu d’écoute des clients.

Rooms in the picture are misleading compared to reality

Rooms on the B&B website are misleading and not what is on ground. Extremely poor customer service. Rooms never cleaned during our entire stay for 7 days. Dirty toilet, no room essentials at the beginning of our stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially with children

Hôtel très propre et très bien insonorisé. Les salariés sont présents quand vous avez des demandes de renseignements. Vous êtes à 10mn à pieds du RER. Je conseille, vraiment une très bonne expérience.

Access Nanterre Rueil Malmaison
