Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

ringrazio ancora per la gentilezza e disponibilità nell aiutarmi alla ragazza della reception hotel nimes ouest e ragazzo della notte sennò sarei rimasta fuori dopo 40 minuti di prova e riprova alla borne automatica , che per un errore informatico non faceva accedere all hotel ! La camera non era pulita e soprattutto il bagno ! può capitare anche se non dovrebbe ! La responsabile mi ha risarcito e l ho apprezzato ma l ha fatto solo per il fatto che il bagno non fosse pulito sennò non l avrebbe fatto !!! e questo atteggiamento non è stato nè gentile nè professionale ... non ha capito invece che una persona dopo un viaggio di 1000km arriva stanca ed anche il solo aspettare 10minuti causa disagio molto disagio di conseguenza accettare tali atteggiamenti non è fattibile

Riguardo alla pulizia della camera, siamo rimasti sorpresi dalla sua segnalazione e abbiamo immediatamente verificato chi si fosse occupato della preparazione della stanza.
