What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Lamentable experience

Confort comme il faut

La chambre était confortable juste comme il faut. Les chambres qui donnent sur une coursive très pratique, seul point réellement négatif : les chambres quadruples avec étage, est esacliers très raides !! C'est un réel problème même s'il y a une porte en haut des escaliers ! En bas, rien n'empêche l'enfant de grimper dans les escaliers quand on est sous la douche par exemple, et en haut, le lit contre la barrière est trop dangereux !! A part ça, la gentillesse et le service de Rinesa à souligner, un vrai plus pendant le séjour ! :)
