What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Il y a encore sacrément de choses à revoir. La chambre n’étais pas propre. Visiblement saleté laisser partir l’occupant précédent. J’ai demandé un lit bébé, je ne vous parle pas de l’horreur que sa a été, dessins d’enfant sur les contours miettes de gâteaux dans le lit cela prouve que ce n’est pas vérifier et nettoyer a chaque fois. C est INADMISSIBLE ! SURTOUT pour nos enfants. Je vous conseil de revoir la qualité de votre travail, je suis déjà venu ici je n’avais jamais été autant déçu que cette fois ci

Trés bon hotel

Après avoir essayé plusieurs hotels de la périphérie de Chartres, nous nous sommes arrétés sur celui ci et hors de question de changer désormais (nous venons environ 9 à 10 fois par an)

From Paris A11 : Exit N°2 Chartres Est, then direction Le Mans/Tours on the ringroad. At the third roundabout, turn right.
