B & B is OK for me

Great on-line booking and check in procedure at 14:00 hours one receive the room number and door code - very smooth and efficient.

Honteux. Maltraitance envers les personnes handicapées

J'ai réservé une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite comme d'habitude. En effet, je marche avec une canne et ne peux monter de marches ni grimper dans les baignoires. Or, on m'a attribué une chambre au 2eme étage avec baignoire et sans ascenseur bien sûr ! J'ai donc appelé la personne d'astreinte qui a osé me dire que j'avais réservé via Booking, ce qui est totalement faux car je passe tjrs par votre site, et qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre pour handicapé. En clair, c'est de ma faute ! C'est honteux, scandaleux. Alors que l'on voit la France accueillir les jeux paralympiques, vous n'êtes pas capable d'en faire autant. C'est vraiment lamentable. Avant de recruter du personnel, vous devriez vous assurer qu'il a le vocabulaire et le tact nécessaires pour s'adresser à des clients handicapés. Si je n'avais pas croisé un monsieur charitable, il ne me restait plus que ma voiture pour passer la nuit. Par ailleurs, à 8h30 il n'y avait plus de pain ni d'oeufs brouillés !!! J'ai passé des nuits dans plusieurs B&B, Angers, le Mans et jamais je n'ai été déçue à ce point. Aujourd'hui j'attends de vous que vous me fassiez une remise conséquente lors de mon prochain séjour chez B&B. Sans geste commercial de votre part, je n'hésiterai pas à prendre l'attache de l'AFP France Handicap ainsi que UFC-Que Choisir.

    If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive.

B&B Chartres 1 is located on the right hand side after Restaumarché.

From Paris A11 : Exit N°2 Chartres Est, then direction Le Mans/Tours on the ringroad. At the third roundabout, turn right.

From Le Mans A11 : exit N°2 Chartres Est then at the first roundabout direction Chartres, and direction Le Mans/Tours. At the fourth roundabout, turn right.

From Tours/ Le Mans/Dreux by N10: direction Paris/Orléans.

From Orléans N154 : direction Chartres and go straight to the next roundabout.
