What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour le problème d'électricité survenu le 11 Novembre 2025 aux alentour de 11h35. En effet, il y a eu une coupure générale dans toutes la ville qui à durée a peu près 1h. Concernant le confort de la literie, je tien a vous informer que les matelas ont étaient changés en février 2025, et qu'ils sont les mêmes que dans tout les établissements de la chaine. En espérant vous accueillir prochainement au B&B HOTEL Caen Sud.
