What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel qui ma beaucoup deçu

hôtel qui demande a être amélioré a tous les niveaux ; propreté a revoir ; chambre bruyante matelas très dur pas agréable pour dormir chauffage de la chambre a revoir (radiateur sous une table) agencement de la salle de bain a reconsidérer (cuvette de wc presque sous le lavabo) accueil par le personnel très froid je ne recommande pas cet hôtel

Bonjour JEAN-FRANÇOIS, Nous avons pris connaissance de votre notation suite à votre séjour dans notre hôtel. Nous regrettons que nos prestations n'aient pas répondu à vos attentes. L'inconfort ressenti à votre arrivée, aurait pu disparaitre en en faisant part à la Réception, en vous délogeant vers une autre chambre, pour vous défaire des litiges dû au bruit de la proximité avec la 4 voies de Falaise (N158) et de l'utilisation de la Télécommande. Pour la literie, celle-ci a été complètement changée en Février 2025 ; la grande majorité de nos clients "habitués" en est satisfait mais les préférences de chacun sur la dureté de la literie est trop subjective pour satisfaire tout le monde. La Conception des Salles de Douche et le positionnement des radiateurs n'est pas de notre fait. Nous nous excusons des désagréments qui en ont découlés. Pour le "désordre" à l'extérieur ; les femmes de chambres et l'ensemble du personnel met tout en œuvre pour la qualité perçue soit irréprochable. Mais personne n'est à l'abri d'un oubli. En espérant vous revoir prochainement dans notre hôtel.

From Paris/Lisieux by N13, From Paris/Rouen by A13 and from Cherbourg/Rennes by A84 : Rocade Sud (South ringroad) direction Alençon, then exit 13 Porte d'Espagne . Follow the direction Alençon, then exit 2 Ifs ZA3, follow direction Ifs Bourg , and first on the right.
