It was a comfortable stay that made us feel at home, thanks to its central location, 24/7 complimentary refreshments, and the always smiling team.
First of all, the reception team was always smiling, helpful, and very hospitable. This made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Having free access 24/7 to coffee, tea, filtered water, fruit, and snacks was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is located on a lively street, everything was right at our doorstep, and we were able to reach everywhere on foot. However, the most important point we would like to share is that my husband forgot his wedding ring at the hotel, and Jaime from the reception team found it and made every possible effort with great care to ensure it was returned to us. We would like to sincerely thank him for all the kindness, understanding, and help he showed us.

Búsquelo um hotel de relação custo c beneficio, mas a qualidade em geral é muito ruim, não é um quarto confortavel, banheiro pequeño, agua dais pelo box e molhava o chão é pessimo a iluminação do quarto. Ar condicionado não aquecia adequadamente e fazia muito frio em Madrid.

Una estancia helada
El hotel es sencillo y funcional y tiene una buena ubicación. Podría estar aceptable en primavera y otoño, en invierno desde luego no es nada recomendable y con el aparato de frío/calor con muy poca potencia y de baja calidad me imagino que en verano tampoco. Nunca hemos pasado en ningún hotel tanto frío como durante esta estancia. El tamaño del baño es ridículo (sin calefacción o secador de toallas)igualmente que tener un lavabo en el pie de la cama a lado de la percha para colgar la ropa. El personal en recepción era amable pero lógicamente no podía mejorar estas deficiencias. El convenio con el parking público (18€/día)bien.

B&B HOTEL Madrid Centro Fuencarral 52 is very easy to reach, at the meeting point of Calle Fuencarral with Calle Hernán Cortés, between the famous Madrid neighbourhoods of Malasaña and Chueca, surrounded by bars, cafés, restaurants and shops. This centrally-located hotel has excellent connections with Tribunal and Gran Vía stations on the Metro (Lines 1, 3, 4, 5 and 10), and is only 15 minutes on foot from the Puerta del Sol and 20 minutes from the Prado museum.
