Malgré son appellation, l’hôtel est situé à une distance significative de l’aéroport et ne propose aucun service de navette. Par ailleurs, des incohérences ont été constatées entre les informations communiquées par courriel et celles fournies directement par l’établissement concernant le petit-déjeuner. En effet, le tarif annoncé diffère, passant de 5,50 € à 11 €, tout comme les horaires, indiqués de 5h30 à 10h00 dans un cas, et de 7h00 à 10h00 dans l’autre. Enfin, le courriel de réclamation adressé à la centrale de réservation est, à ce jour, resté sans réponse. Je reste néanmoins confiant quant à la possibilité de clarifier rapidement cette situation et d’obtenir un retour constructif.
