Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

We kwamen wat laat aan en ze waren toen al gesloten blijkbaar. 100 keer gebeld en niemand nam op. Voor niks betaald. Ga hier niet heen! Een oplossing hebben ze ook niet

Hallo, onze openingstijden worden aangegeven bij het maken van uw reservering en als de receptie gesloten is dient u naar de automatische terminal te gaan die 24 uur per dag geopend is. Deze terminal geeft u toegang tot de kamer zodra u uw reserveringsnummer invoert. We hebben die dag ook geprobeerd contact met u op te nemen via uw mobiele telefoon, maar er werd niet opgenomen.
