4th year in a row staying at this hotel. Ideal location for pursuing my hobby of plane spotting being very close to Barajas Airport. Hotel is very comfortable with friendly staff. Breakfast is continental style but fully adequate and the evening restaurant now has a very comprehensive menu at very reasonable prices. Would definitely stay again for sure.

Incredible hotel! Superb Reception team who are very friendly! However the women who worked in the restaurant/bar on my first night was incredibly rude! I asked for a small glass for the room and she refused to give me one despite having loads behind her. Then starts shouting at me and speaking to me in Spanish infront of guests despite knowing I don’t speak any Spanish. The receptionist made it right but it really upset me the situation. AC wasn’t working but it didn’t matter for me as the room was beautiful and relaxing.

This was the 4th time I've stayed in this hotel and I'll be back again in April then June. Comfortable, clean hotel, ideally placed a short drive away from the airport. Helpful and friendly staff.

La situación del hotel es buena para acceder al aeropuerto y al centro de Madrid, si cuentas con coche u otro medio de transporte. Es una pena el deterioro en el que se encuentra la zona. El hotel cuenta con vigilancia privada por la noche. De los que me he alojado, es el más antiguo y está pidiendo una renovación en profundidad.
