The receptionist guy during our stay was super delightful and really helpful. He was really accomodating to us and other guests and always have a smile on his face when greeting guests. We’ve forgot to take his name but he was on the afternoon shift on 12/11/25. We have a wonderful experience kudos to him! 10/10.

Great Location and Friendly Staff
The hotel is only 20 minutes from the main attractions. It’s right across the street from the train station and the subway. The rooms are clean, the staff are very friendly, and there’s free coffee. The only issue, which is not very important, is the pillow—there is only one, and it’s not very comfortable.

Perfect for a business trip to Brussels
A good hotel for a business trip to Brussels. Close to Gare de Midi with Metro and Trains. Comfortable rooms, and a good breakfast. Prices is OK for being Brussels.

- For our guests travelling by train, there’s nothing easier! You take the train to the station « Gare du Midi ». There, you exit the station through the exit « Rue d’Angleterre ». Our hotel will be on your left, at 150 meters.
- For our guests travelling by plane and landing in Brussels National Airport (BRU). You can take the train from the Airport to the station « Gare du Midi ». There, you exit the station through the exit « Rue d’Angleterre ». Our hotel will be on your left, at 150 meters.
- For those who are landing at the Brussels South Airport (CRL), you can take a shuttle at the Airport to the station « Gare du Midi ». The stop of the shuttle is on the other side of the station. So, you will need to get through the station to reach the « Avenue Fonsny ». The hotel will be located on your left, on the number 10.
