Great location and staff
It was the perfect location to travel to different cities ...just steps away f. the rail and metro terminal. We stayed 3 nights. We felt safe, the room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. The room was quite small but that is to be expected in Europe. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and eagerly answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay here again when traveling through Brussels. Thanks for the pleasant stay! PS...the complimentary hot chocolate and coffee was icing on the cake.

Buen hotel ubicado junto a la estación central
Buen hotel ubicado junto a la estación central. El desayuno está bien pero es muy mejorable, le falta variedad en algunas cosas. Las almohadas de la habitación son horribles, y debería haber más espacio de almacenaje y una mini nevera en la habitación.

basic, but modern and clean hotel
The staff was very friendly and willing to help with information and so on. The rooms could do with a water cooker and a fridge, other than that, the stay was ok. The hotel is convenient for getting around Brussels, as it is near public transport connections, the neighbourhood offers several ways to get food, or go for dinner.

Très bof. Quand on règle le petit déjeuner le soir de son arrivée, la personne n'est pas en mesure de produire une facture. La nuit, les tableaux de commande (chauffage et ac) sont très lumineux. L'alarme incendie déclenche une petite lumière qui s'allume constamment (pile défectueuse ?). Le petit déjeuner est très cher pour de la mauvaise qualité. Personne au desk le lendemain matin pour le check out et la fameuse facture. Pas terrible !

- For our guests travelling by train, there’s nothing easier! You take the train to the station « Gare du Midi ». There, you exit the station through the exit « Rue d’Angleterre ». Our hotel will be on your left, at 150 meters.
- For our guests travelling by plane and landing in Brussels National Airport (BRU). You can take the train from the Airport to the station « Gare du Midi ». There, you exit the station through the exit « Rue d’Angleterre ». Our hotel will be on your left, at 150 meters.
- For those who are landing at the Brussels South Airport (CRL), you can take a shuttle at the Airport to the station « Gare du Midi ». The stop of the shuttle is on the other side of the station. So, you will need to get through the station to reach the « Avenue Fonsny ». The hotel will be located on your left, on the number 10.
