Like it. Staff was very kind, always available. Room was compact, but comfortable. It was clean. Location was great near the south train station and relatively near the city centre. Would come again.

Satisfaction mitigée
quartier bruyant la nuit, pour les clients en voiture, pas d'information au sujet des parkings environnants ( car pas d'info au niveau de la réception (préparez un flyer à destination des clients avec un petit plan pour trouver le bon parking comme c'est le cas dans d'autres hôtels de votre chaine?) on s'est garé chez un de vos concurrents faute de trouver le parking public le plus proche. salle du petit Déjeuner très exiguë, sans discipline, des clients allongés sur les banquettes, d'autres qui cherchent des place pour s'assoir, au même moment il y a ceux qui squattent des place ces du réfectoire pour regarder des vidéos sans déjeuner, le personnel peine à circuler, et les clients aussi. Le client est roi certes, mais ce n'est pas une raison pour le laisser devenir despote des autres usagers. (un petit affichage de rappel par exemple?) De plus la moitié du Rez de chaussée de votre établissement est prise par un restaurant fermé en permanence pendant notre séjour (n'est il pas possible par contrat de mutualiser l'espace pendant vos Rush de clientèle) pour ces 3 raisons, et bien que satisfait de l'accueil du personnel; et dans l'ensemble de la chaine B&B Hôtel nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet Hôtel là.

Molto bene
Camera piccola ma comoda, servizio impeccabile. A disposizione degli ospiti caffè acqua e un servizio bagagli. La zona è perfetta, comoda per chi viaggia e per chi vuole vedere Bruxelles. A metà strada tra il centro e saint gilles, entrambe ottime zone, è proprio di fronte alla stazione sud (Midi-Zuid) da cui partono treni per Belgio, Francia, Germania e Paesi Bassi. Stanze pulite e staff gentilissimo. Se dovessi tornare a Bruxelles sceglierei ancora questo hotel. Prezzo eccellente.

Muy bien adaptado para silla de ruedas
Fuimos con una silla de ruedas y estaba bien adaptado, incluso el baño fuera de la habitación podíamos entrar con la silla. La habitación estaba muy bien. Muchas gracias a los trabajadores de la recepción del hotel ya que nos ayudaron a buscar información sobre adaptación de sitios y nos ayudaron con los trenes. Especial mención a Response, que nos ayudó durante toda la estancia siempre con una sonrisa y muy amable.

Short break
The hotel was very accommodating. They were able to give us an early check in. The hotel is just a walking distance from the center. The metro is just accross the way from the hotel.

- For our guests travelling by plane and landing in Brussels National Airport (BRU). You can take the train from the Airport to the station « Gare du Midi ». There, you exit the station through the exit « Rue d’Angleterre ». Our hotel will be on your left, at 150 meters.
- For those who are landing at the Brussels South Airport (CRL), you can take a shuttle at the Airport to the station « Gare du Midi ». The stop of the shuttle is on the other side of the station.
