Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Très bonne nuit.

Hôtel très calme. Nous avons dormi comme des loirs. Réveil avec l’odeur des croissants chauds. Super petit déjeuner pour reprendre la route.

Séjour insatisfaisant

Prix quadruplé par rapport aux prix affichés à l’accueil sans aucune prestation qui ne le justifie : accueil sur créneaux horaires (mais personne de prévue à l’accueil sur l’heure d’arrivée : 14h), rigidité dans l’heure d’arrivée il faudra donc attendre dans votre voiture si vous avez quelques minutes d’avance, chambre de mauvaise qualité, vue sur route, pas de prises dans la salle de bain ni à proximité des miroirs, peu d’espace, espace de rangement quasi absent (et mal étudiée pour y ranger les valises et optimiser le rangement), ménage non fait tous les jours, pas de remplacement des serviettes qui ne parviennent pas à sécher dans la journée.

Nous comprenons que cette organisation puisse sembler rigide, mais elle nous permet de garantir une bonne rotation et un nettoyage optimal entre les séjours. Nous regrettons que certains éléments de la chambre n’aient pas répondu à vos attentes (prises, espace, vue), et nous prenons bonne note de vos remarques pour améliorer l’agencement et le confort.
