Un alojamiento excelente
Hace ya varios años que me alojo en uno de los apartamentos y siempre repito por la calidad del alojamiento, la ubicación y la amabilidad del personal Lo que ya no me ha parecido tan bien es el cambio de normativa relativa a poder dejar las maletas una vez hecho el check out a los que hemos reservado apartamento. No entiendo la discriminación y agradecería que lo tuvieran en cuenta y lo revisaran. En mi caso las maletas son pequeñas por lo que el espacio que ocupan es mínimo Quizás deberían discriminar en función de la medidas del equipaje. Gracias

Perfect for family with toddler
Our B&B apartment in Madrid was the perfect place to stay for a family with a small toddler. The hotel provided a crib, which made our travel easier, and the apartment itself was spacious and well equipped. The kitchen had the basic necessities so we could stock the fridge for easy breakfasts and do quick dinners in the apartment when our schedule required that. The location was great, making it easy to walk to everything, and despite being on a lively pedestrian street, it was still quiet in the apartment, especially in the bedroom. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. It worked so well for our family!

Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questa struttura è stata molto deludente e non in linea con il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Avevo scelto questo albergo perché dalle foto sembrava curato e confortevole, ma la realtà è stata ben diversa. La stanza era molto rumorosa e non garantiva un buon riposo: entrava luce sia dalle finestre che dalle tapparelle, rendendo difficile dormire. Inoltre, un aspetto davvero scomodo è stato il fatto che non mi sia stato fornito un codice di accesso: avevo soltanto le chiavi e, ogni volta che dovevano salire degli ospiti, ero costretto a scendere fuori al freddo per aprire. In più, ho trovato zero flessibilità nella gestione delle mie richieste di cambio data, nonostante avessi spiegato la situazione. L’atteggiamento generale è stato poco disponibile, e questo ha influito molto sulla qualità del soggiorno. Nel complesso, non mi sono trovato bene e non ritengo che la struttura rispecchi quanto mostrato nelle foto. Non la sceglierei di nuovo.
