O hotel é muito bem localizado, quarto limpo e confortável. Apenas poderia ter a opção de oferecer café da manhã.

Mejorable.
Elegimos los apartamentos porque viajamos en familia y nos resultaba más cómodo, y elegimos B&B porque habíamos estado en el hotel de la misma cadena en Zaragoza y quedamos encantados. Bien, nuestra estancia en Madrid dejó bastante que desear. Ni las instalaciones del apartamentos eran las correctas ni al cambiarnos a otro para mejorar tuvimos suerte, pues en este segundo apartamento no funcionaba la calefacción y nuestra estancia fue en diciembre. Cierto es que el personal trató de solucionar rápidamente las incidencias, pero el resultado obtenido no fue el que, considero, debía ser. Una pena porque íbamos convencidos de acertar y nos fuimos con la sensación de haber fallado por completo en la elección de este alojamiento.

Apartamento pasable
Apartamento pasable. Hay que ducharse rápido para que el siguiente en la ducha tenga agua caliente. El baño aceptable pero mejorable. El resto cama muy cómoda y amplia y accesorios de cocina completos. Si no fuera por el agua subiría mucho la valoración porque la ubicación es espectacular.

Ótimo custo/benefício
Pontos positivos: conforto, silêncio, localidade, praticidade de check in e acesso. Amei o mimos: cápsulas de café, frutas e água. Pontos negativos: limpeza a cada 4 dias. Ganhei uma cortesia de café da manhã, porém a unidade em que me hospedei não oferecia café da manhã.

Accidentada
Buen trato pero nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación porque el techo del baño estaba peligrosamente descolgado. En la habitación que nos cambiaron no funcionaba la calefacción, tuvimos que pedir un radiador y nos apañamos, . Lo dicho accidentado y mejorable
