Schöne Zimmer; auch die Tiefgarage gut erreichbar mit dem Aufzug. Beim Frühstück gab es ab 9:30 Uhr nur noch Weizenbrötche, keine Vollkornbrötchen mehr. Sonntag wurde kein geschnittenes Obst angeboten, nur Äpfel. Die Hauswirtschaftskraft war sehr unfreundlich und alle Tische dreckig von den Gästen, die zuvor gefrühstückt haben. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, daher ist es für mich nicht das richtige Hotel!

Trotz gebuchtem Late-Checkout geweckt
Trotz gebuchtem Late-Checkout (bis 14 Uhr) wurden wir bereits ab 8.30 Uhr mehrfach vom Housekeeping geweckt. Mitreisende in einem anderen Zimmer wurden sogar aufgefordert das Zimmer zu verlassen, weil unbedingt gereinigt werden muss. Absolutes inakzeptabel. Man fühlt sich gehetzt und nicht willkommen. Gastfreundlichkeit geht anders!

business trip
The need to check-in before being able to use garage is a bit annoying! You need to park in front of the reception, wait in que... take a passcode, drive to the gate, recognize that passcode does not work, drive back and ask for a new one which works then??? There is no chance to reach out reception as there is only one employee in rush hour (18:00). Imagine I am using your app, doing reservation via it and I still needs to do this torture? I can imagine something nicer :) overall, hotel has a very good location, I like the park close by for running, city center in walking distance, etc. Also the breakfast was nice, I only miss croissant and scramble eggs ;)

Directions to the B&B HOTEL Braunschweig-City
Please enter the following address into your GPS to locate the hotel: Wilhelmitorwall 23, 38122 Braunschweig. Cross over the bridge, and the hotel will be on the right-hand side (behind the bridge).
We offer free parking in the hotel’s underground car park (subject to availability). The underground car park is on Frankfurter Strasse. To get there, turn right at the traffic lights and drive parallel to the hotel building. In 150 metres, you’ll see the entrance on the right-hand side marked by a sign displaying “Büro, Hotel”. Once inside the car park, follow the signs towards the hotel’s designated parking area. You’ll need an entry code, which you’ll receive upon check-in either at reception or via the check-in machine. The room code is the same as the car park entry code.
Motorway
Keep right at the fork, then continue on the A39 and follow the signs for Berlin/Wolfsburg/Braunschweig/Salzgitter. Use either of the two right-hand lanes to take exit A391 towards Hannover/Lünerburg/Bs-Gartenstadt/Zentrum. Take Exit 7-BS-Gartenstadt towards BS-Gartenstadt/Zentrum. Continue onto Frankfurter Strasse Street, and then turn right onto Theodor-Heuss-Straße. Turn left onto the Holzhof, and then turn right at the old train station onto Zielstraße.
Bus/train
Tram lines 5 and 3 stop at “Braunschweig Luisenstraße”, as does bus no. 461. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from here. You can also get off at stop “Braunschweig Europaplatz”. Lines 461, 601, 603, 620 and 631 stop here.
