Für eine Nacht ist es sicherlich ausreichend ! ![trustyou]()
Das Highlight war die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption. Sie war sehr freundlich und engagiert. Auch das kostenlose Parken in der Tiefgarage empfand ich als positiv. Ansonsten ist B&B halt ein reduziertes, rein auf Übernachtung fokussiertes Konzept. Nicht mehr, aber auch nicht weniger. Sicherlich ein wesentlich modernere Touch als bei IBIS. An Motel-One reicht man aber leider nicht ran...weder vom Design, noch vom Angebot. Das ist sehr schade, denn die Preise für die Übernachtung sind auf gleicher Höhe. Strak ist natürlich auch die Präsenz der Marke in Deutschland.

Sehr sauber, freundliches Personal. Gute Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Einchecken am Automaten sehr einfach. Als B+B Clubmitglied sehr gute Prämien.

Für mich das bevorzugte Hotel seiner Klasse! Ich habe einige Standorte in Deutschland erlebt und kann dies für jedes Haus sagen: > sehr nettes, humorvolles, hilfsbereites Personal > für mich gute Betten und Kissen, ergo ich schlafe bestens > genug Handtücher > Seifenlösung neutral im Geruch: sehr gut > Zimmer: Lösungen pragmatisch, nützlich, freundlich vom Design > Sauberkeit / Geruch der Zimmer, der Flure etc.: sehr gut! > helle, ansprechende und übersichtliche Gemeinschaftsräumlichkeiten sowie Zimmer > Lage: nicht mittendrin, aber noch zentral genug für Fußgänge, Öffi-Haltestelle gegenüber des Hotels > kostenloser Tiefgaragenplatz, 'so lange der Vorrat reicht' > große, ganz öffenbare Fenster: gut zu lüften > Fenster verschließen dicht und lassen Geräusche von draußen nicht herein > Lüfter, Klima/Heizung: effektiv und geräuscharm Zusammenfassung: Für mich die beste Base auf anstrengenden Dienstreisen.

Kostenfreies WLAN und Sky wurde uns nicht angeboten. Was dem Aufenthalt nicht geschadet hat. Alles in allem sehr zufriedenstellend.

Directions to the B&B HOTEL Braunschweig-City
Please enter the following address into your GPS to locate the hotel: Wilhelmitorwall 23, 38122 Braunschweig. Cross over the bridge, and the hotel will be on the right-hand side (behind the bridge).
We offer free parking in the hotel’s underground car park (subject to availability). The underground car park is on Frankfurter Strasse. To get there, turn right at the traffic lights and drive parallel to the hotel building. In 150 metres, you’ll see the entrance on the right-hand side marked by a sign displaying “Büro, Hotel”. Once inside the car park, follow the signs towards the hotel’s designated parking area. You’ll need an entry code, which you’ll receive upon check-in either at reception or via the check-in machine. The room code is the same as the car park entry code.
Motorway
Keep right at the fork, then continue on the A39 and follow the signs for Berlin/Wolfsburg/Braunschweig/Salzgitter. Use either of the two right-hand lanes to take exit A391 towards Hannover/Lünerburg/Bs-Gartenstadt/Zentrum. Take Exit 7-BS-Gartenstadt towards BS-Gartenstadt/Zentrum. Continue onto Frankfurter Strasse Street, and then turn right onto Theodor-Heuss-Straße. Turn left onto the Holzhof, and then turn right at the old train station onto Zielstraße.
Bus/train
Tram lines 5 and 3 stop at “Braunschweig Luisenstraße”, as does bus no. 461. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from here. You can also get off at stop “Braunschweig Europaplatz”. Lines 461, 601, 603, 620 and 631 stop here.
