Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ![trustyou]()
Für eine Nacht absolut ausreichend. Das Bad war für ein Familienzimmer schon recht klein und spartanisch. Der ganze Check-in und Check-out Prozess lief aber absolut reibungslos und zuverlässig über die App.

Excellent accommodation. Conveniently located at the heart of the city where you can reach everything by foot. The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly. Highly recommended.

UNfreundlichen Behandliung ![trustyou]()
Bei Besuchen in Braunschweig übernachte ich überwiegend in dem Hotel Braunschweig City. Aufgrund meiner Empfehlungen tun mit das zahlreiche Kollegen gleich. Bei der siebten Übernachtung in 2025 vom 11. auf den 12.12. war es nunmehr nicht mehr möglich vor 15.00 Uhr in die Tiefgarage einzufahren. Meine Bitte, den Zugang zu der gebuchten Tiefgarage bereits ohne Zimmerzugang zu gewähren ( wie es bisher auch immer möglich war) wurde mit der Begründung abgelehnt, dies sei technisch nicht möglich. Da ich erst nach 23.00 Uhr ins Hotel zurückkehren konnte und dann nicht mehr Auto fahren wollte, habe ich den Tiefgaragenplatz dann an der Rezeption storniert, In der Mittagspause sind dann drei weiteren Kollegen und Gepäck im Hotel gewesen, um sich einzuchecken. Hier war es nicht möglich, das Gepäck bereits im Hotel zu belassen z.B. in einem noch nicht gereinigten gebuchten Zimmer eines Kollegen oder zunächst in der Rezeption mit der Bitte, die Koffer nach Zimmerzuteilung dort abzustellen ( da alle erst nach 23.00 Uhr ins Hotel kommen wollten, was nochmals zu einer starken Verärgerung geführt hat.) Wir haben dann nachts das Gepäck aus meinem weiter weg geparkten Auto geholt und es zu Hotel getragen. Das am Freitag mit der gleichen Dame gesuchte Gespräch, in dem ich nochmals darauf hingewiesen habe, dass diese Vorgehen zur Verärgerung in Kollegenkreis geführt hat. Ich wies darauf hin, dass meiner Abteilung alleine ca. 70 Übernachtungen im Jahr in Ihrem Hause buchen würde und habe versucht, das zukünftige Vorgehen abzustimmen. Die Dame teilte mir daraufhin mit, dass wir sonst ggf. eine anderes Hotel nutzen müssten, da das Vorgehen sich auch in der Zukunft nicht ändern würden Mit Erstaunen stelle ich nunmehr fest, dass die Kosten von 10,- trotzdem in Rechnung gestellt sind.

Städtetrip ![trustyou]()
Für kurze Städtereisen nehmen wir schon seit Jahren B&B Hotels. Ich finde das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Die Stadtmitte ist Fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Tiefgarage direkt am unteren dem Hotel Für 10€ pro Nacht ist super.

Modern, komfortabel und sauber. ![trustyou]()
Der Aufenthalt im B&B Hotel war wie immer top. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt. Sauberkeit und Service ebenfalls. Einziges Manko ist, dass der Parkplatz nun 10€ extra kostet

Please enter the following address into your GPS to locate the hotel: Wilhelmitorwall 23, 38122 Braunschweig. Cross over the bridge, and the hotel will be on the right-hand side (behind the bridge).
We offer parking in the hotel’s underground car park (subject to availability). The underground car park is on Frankfurter Strasse. To get there, turn right at the traffic lights and drive parallel to the hotel building. In 150 metres, you’ll see the entrance on the right-hand side marked by a sign displaying “Büro, Hotel”. Once inside the car park, follow the signs towards the hotel’s designated parking area. You’ll need an entry code, which you’ll receive upon check-in either at reception or via the check-in machine. The room code is the same as the car park entry code.
Motorway
Keep right at the fork, then continue on the A39 and follow the signs for Berlin/Wolfsburg/Braunschweig/Salzgitter. Use either of the two right-hand lanes to take exit A391 towards Hannover/Lünerburg/Bs-Gartenstadt/Zentrum. Take Exit 7-BS-Gartenstadt towards BS-Gartenstadt/Zentrum. Continue onto Frankfurter Strasse Street, and then turn right onto Theodor-Heuss-Straße. Turn left onto the Holzhof, and then turn right at the old train station onto Zielstraße.
Bus/train
Tram lines 5 and 3 stop at “Braunschweig Luisenstraße”, as does bus no. 461. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from here. You can also get off at stop “Braunschweig Europaplatz”. Lines 461, 601, 603, 620 and 631 stop here.
