L'hôtel est très bien situé en sortie d'autoroute et très proche de la ville. L'accueil est chaleureux et les chambres très confortables. Dommage que des petits problèmes techniques ne soient pas réglés rapidement.

Buena experiencia y calidad/precio interesante
Buenos días, informo que he tenido dificultades para adentrarme a la recepción del hotel porque he llegado por la noche y la recepción estaba cerrada. Había un cartel en francés y inglés junto a un "teléfono de asistencia". Como no hablo francés ni inglés tuve que contar con la ayuda de una huésped que se propuso ayudarme. Pienso que a ser España un país vecino, deberían considerar la posibilidad de incluir el castellano a la lista de idiomas.
Al día siguiente la recepcionista fue muy atenciosa (hablaba español) y nos recibió muy bien.

Nice hôtel, friendly receptionist, shame about the corporate attitude
The hotel was fine, the lady at reception very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was great. But the organisation’s corporate attitude left a lot to be desired. If you arrive outside of the reception desk’s opening hours, you are expected to “check in” at a self-service machine. This machine was out of order, and there was a piece of paper attached, explaining this in French and English, together with an invitation to press a button for further assistance. My first call went unanswered. Upon calling a second time I was answered by a lady who quite clearly couldn’t care less. First she told me to use the machine - she did not know that it was out of order. After I explained this, I was told “Reception opens at 5, you’ll just have to wait.”
When the receptionist did arrive (quite some time before 5, it must be said), she was most apologetic, saying that the response was not normal.
The attitude of the lady answering the call was reprehensible, to say the least - lackadaisical in the extreme. It is an attitude I have often encountered in France.
