Ótima localização. Devido as obras apresentou alguns trantornos. Pode nelhorar a aparência dos quartos. Ter apenas um elevador foi o transtorno principal. Sem piscina, sem academia.

Great hotel, friendly staff, nice location.
Ótimo hotel. Muito bem localizado. Entre Ipanema e Copacabana. Minha terceira vez hospedando aqui. Quartos espaçosos, café muito bom, ótimo staff. Natiara foi muito receptiva e amigável e me ajudou a, fazer um early check in.

Nous avons eu un petit souci avec la salle de bain, mais le personnel a été très attentionné et serviable ! J’étais avec mon frère, et l’hébergement était parfait car il correspondait à nos attentes !

Uma parte da equipe sabe resolver problemas facilmente
Comecei tendo uma pessima primeira impressão, passei alguns contratempos no primeiro dia e a equipe não parecia se importar. Daí no segundo dia, fui à recepção e tive a sorte de ser atendido pelo DOUGLAS, ao explicar meu problema ele já tomou todas as providências e em menos de 10 minutos resolveu tudo e toda a minha pessima primeira impressão virou uma ótima experiência na minha estadia. Agora estou muito satisfeito com tudo. Parabéns Douglas pela sua proatividade, cordialidade e vontade de resolver problemas.
