Muy bien pero....
Si bien el.hotwl cumplió mis expectativas que el ascensor de mi torre estuviera en refacción hizo que tuviéramos que subir y bajar por las escaleras varias veces ya que una vez nos quedamos adentro. Eso opaco la estadia. La habitación familiar tenía espacio para poner una mesa donde comer. Estaba con espacio de sobra

HOTEL COBROU TAXA INDEVIDA PELO CHECK-IN EM QUARTO QUE JÁ ESTAVA DISPONÍVEL
No dia 21/10/2025 fiz o check-in as 10:41 no B&B hotel copacabana forte e fui informado que apesar do quarto já estar disponível, seria cobrada uma taxa de R$ 100 reais para adiantar a hospedagem. Paguei a taxa no cartão de crédito. Contudo, ao realizar o check-out dia 26/10/2025 questionei sobre essa situação para a funcionária que estava presente, e ela disse que se o quarto estivesse disponível, a taxa não deveria ser cobrada. Ao observar a minha reação de indignação, ela indagou "Você pagou? as vezes acontece de ser cobrada, vai da flexibilidade de cada atendente". Sendo assim, venho registrar essa reclamação pois essa conduta fere diretamente o código do consumidor.
