More a solid 2 stars hotel than a real 3 stars
The hotel feels more like a solid 2-star property rather than the 3 stars it’s advertised as. There are a few positive aspects: the location is very good, the room size was spacious, and overall the value for money wasn’t bad. However, several issues made the stay disappointing. There is a lack of basic room amenities — at the very least, a kettle for a morning coffee would have been appreciated. The bathrooms need significant updating. I had to change rooms because the first bathroom was in very poor condition; the second was better but still not really acceptable for a 3-star standard (see pictures). Another major downside was the inconsistent service. While the daytime staff were nice and helpful, the evening staff were abrupt, dismissive, and often acted like they enjoyed not helping. When you are staying for 10 days, you really expect staff to be supportive, but unfortunately this wasn’t the case. We even received an abrupt WhatsApp message telling us to leave the room, despite having extended our stay that same morning at reception — clearly staff communication is poor and the tone was unnecessarily unpleasant. Lastly, the breakfast quality is very basic, far below what you’d expect from a 3-star hotel.

Clean, great location
We loved our stay at B&B Copacabana Forte. The room was cleaned impeccably by Diego Wich enhanced the enjoyment of our stay. When the AC was broken in our first room front desk staff quickly moved us to another room since the technician wa not on duty to fix it right away. Super location within waking distance of Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. Great value!

Hotel bem localizado, próximo a praia, mas confesso que pelas imagens do anuncio o mesmo parecia ser beira mar e não é, as imagens confundiram um pouco. Estadia boa, confortável. Senti falta de um apoio no banheiro para apoiar itens e de sabonete sólido (havia apenas sabonete liquido) mas no geral o local é bom, limpavam o quarto todos os dias.
