What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Mauvaise nuit

Malgré plusieurs séjours dans vos hotels qu’ils se sont globalement bien passés…j’ai passé une nuits horrible dû à l’incivilité des autres occupants… de minuit à 4h plusieurs occupants des chambres sont entrés en conflit il hurlait depuis leurs chambres… et comme beaucoup n’ont pas pu dormir beaucoup de gens parler… peut être une meilleur isolation des chambres sont à prévoir.. et notamment un système pour le non claquement des portes…c’est devenu infernal à partir de 6h du matin quand enfin un peu de calme était revenu..
