What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Schwierige Buchung. Buchungsnummer und Zugangcode verwirren. Könnten gleich sein.

Schwierige Buchung. Beim buchen wird man unnötigerweise auf eine Clubmitgliedschaft aufmerksam gemacht. Das störte mich als Erstbucher extrem. Buchungsnummer und Zugangcode verwirren. Es kommen zu viele Msils zurück jnd versteht nich welche Nummer wofür ist. Buchungsnummer und Zugangcode könnten gleich sein.

Bonne prestation, qui correspond au prix. Petit bémol, la température de la chambre etait un peu juste, j'ai eu un peu froid durant la nuit. Impossible de monter la température avec le thermostat mural.
