What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Chambre super, la clim un peu bruyante, amis bon... Ajouter des volets en plus des rideaux occultant qui ne suffisent pas à eux seuls.

Bonjour, Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour à l'hôtel malgré toutes vos remarques pertinentes. Des volets ? C'est assez rare dans un hôtel mais nous travaillons surtout à correctement occulter les fenêtres. Désolé si cela n'était pas assez dans votre chambre. Sachez que l'écran du distributeur est positionné bas pour l'accessibilité aux personnes à mobilité réduite. A nous valide, de faire l'effort. Mais effectivement l'ergonomie peut être améliorer, tout comme l'accès à la réservation (je fais référence votre proposition de Qrcode). Des tests sont en cours pour améliorer tout cela.
