Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Ma chambre étant au 6e étage, j'ai un bémol tout de même à souligner dans mon indice global d satisfaction : les 2 ascenseurs étaient en panne ce 24 et 25 décembre 2025. 1 appareil, ça passe encore, mais les 2 en même temps, c'est problématique quant à la réactivité de l'entreprise en charge de l'entretien et de maintenance (ORONA en l'occurrence).

From downtown : BUS 35 from the place Bellecour, direction Venissieux The Charréard, to stop GEORGES LEVY. Cross the street and turn left before the bridge. The hotel is 3 minutes walk.

From the Part-Dieu station: TRAM T4 departure stop Gare Part-Dieu Villettte, direction Hôpital Feyzin Vénissieux, to stop US Viviani.
