Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Unzufrieden in Lyon B&B hotel

Falscher Zimmercode gegeben. Aufzüge machen laute Geräusche und fühlen sich sehr unsicher an. Dringender Service nötig. Klimaanlage defekt und das an heißen Tagen. Kein Haartrockner und Bügeleisen. Auf Anfrage wurde gesagt, dass diese verliehen wurde, aber keine Information bei wen und wann diese wieder verfügbar sind. Handtücher waren unordentlich was Zweifel an der Sauberkeit hervorgebracht hat. Außerdem hat ein Handttuchset gefehlt für eine Zwei-Personen Buchung. Zimmer sind sehr laut. Türen knarzen. Daher fühlt es sich so an als wenn jemand in das Zimmer eintreten will.

Très bien pour court séjour seul

Bon rapport qualité prix, pour une nuit seul c'était très bien. Seul bémol le parking sous terrain est payant et l'extérieur est très petit et beaucoup de voiture extérieur à l'hôtel squattent les placent. En vérité le parking est écrit gratuit mais ne l'est pas. La personne à l'accueil était agréable.

From downtown : BUS 35 from the place Bellecour, direction Venissieux The Charréard, to stop GEORGES LEVY. Cross the street and turn left before the bridge. The hotel is 3 minutes walk.

From the Part-Dieu station: TRAM T4 departure stop Gare Part-Dieu Villettte, direction Hôpital Feyzin Vénissieux, to stop US Viviani.
