What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

expérience heureusement courte, qui ne se reproduira pas avec B&B

Vos photos sur votre site sont trompeuses ou alors date de l'ouverture de l'hôtel, cela génère donc de la déception...vos salles de bain sont dangereuses, le bac à douche hors d'âge et glissant à 50 cm du sol, avec son super rideau hygiénique qui adore se coller sur vous.. la literie très très dure et médiocre (matelas très inconfortable, sur une planche de bois en guise de sommier), l'odeur de la literie, les meubles composants la chambre sont abîmés, la réception TV très médiocre voir, les toilettes d'une des chambres était sale..bref cette hôtel est bien loin de l'image que je me faisais des B&B.. L'accueil, fût en revanche très agréable, la dame qui nous a accueilli était très souriante et aimable, tout comme le petit déjeuner, qui était bon et copieux.
