Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Great for an overnight stop

Great overnight stop on my journey south. Only spoilt by a lot of banging and crashing at 4:30 am and a limited choice for breakfast with no meat and only normal baguette available.

Une nuit mouvementée à cause d'une personne qui visiblement n'était pas dans un état "normal", une autre personne essayant de la remettre dans sa chambre.. à 22h30 donc voilà c'était déjà moyen et après à 1h du matin. Je me suis plainte à l'accueil mais voilà on m'a demandé d'être compatissante envers la dame dans un état "pas normal"... un petit dèj offert aurais été le bienvenu

Tout au long de votre séjour, nous avons fait le nécessaire pour vous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions possibles, notamment en vous accordant un tarif négocié en fin de séjour. Malgré cela, nous avons constaté des retards et des manquements de paiement, incluant deux nuits non réglées. Par ailleurs, vous avez refusé à plusieurs reprises le service de ménage ainsi que nos propositions de changement de chambre afin d’améliorer votre confort. Nous avons également noté que les prolongations de séjour étaient effectuées à la dernière minute, ce qui a fortement compliqué la gestion des disponibilités. Le jour de votre départ, l’hôtel étant complet, et en l’absence de régularisation de la situation, nous avons été dans l’obligation de vous demander de libérer la chambre, conformément à nos conditions générales. Nous tenons également à préciser que nous n’avons jamais reçu de réclamation similaire de la part de nos clients pour l'agent de sécurité ,De plus, nous avons à plusieurs reprises été témoins de comportements inappropriés, notamment des remarques déplacées à propos d’autres clients et des attitudes assimilables à de l’intrusion dans leur tranquillité, ce qui ne correspond pas aux valeurs de respect et de discrétion de notre établissement.
