Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

J’attendais mieux d’un hôtel de cette envergure car en arrivant dans ma chambre j’ai remarqué que la Clim ne fonctionnait pas (fonctionne seulement en mode chauffage). De plus, j’ai noté plusieurs points négatif dans la salle de bain : Le pommeau de douche qui fuit + support du pommeau qui risque de se détacher du mur + évier qui commence à se boucher. Enfin aucune fontaine à eau n’est présent en libre service pour le confort des clients + distributeur de boissons et snack hors service. J’ai malgré tous bien aimé le distributeur automatique de chambre très intuitif et la literie en général.

Une étape parfaite

Arrivé tardive et non prévu pour nous sur un parcours de 1100 kms. Très bonne découverte. Environnement, propreté, équipements, literie, insonorisation tout à été parfait. Juste un bémol la machine à café en libre service était en panne mais le matin la réception nous proposait un café du buffet du petit déjeuner pour 1€. Très bonne initiative merci. En résumé très sympa nous reviendrons sans aucun problème.
