Portes et chiens

Les portes font beaucoup de bruit à la fermeture. J'avais un voisin de ma chambre qui était accompagné d'un gros chien et qu'il le sortait environ toutes les deux heures, y compris pendant la nuit, et cela me réveillait à chaque fois à cause du bruit des portes. C'était insupportable, il m'a ruiné ma nuit ! De plus, je trouve que ce n'est pas du tout hygiénique de laisser les chiens passer la nuit dans des chambres banalisées, il devrait y avoir des chambres spécifiques réservées pour cela, car même après un nettoyage de la chambre le lendemain matin, il pourrait toujours rester des puces ou autres bestioles dans la chambre. Je ne savais pas que cela était autorisé et cela me déçoit beaucoup et me fait hésiter à réserver de nouveau une chambre chez B&B.

Pleuchot ? ou Fleurant ?). L'Accès en dehors des horaires d'ouverture de la Réception, se fait par la borne et l'assistance 24h/7j. De plus, sans règlement préalable et/ou Check-in à distance ; vous n'avez pas d'alternative. Pour les problèmes rencontrés dans la chambre ; en avez-vous fait part à l'Assistance ? Qui aurait appeler l'astreinte pour vous changer de chambre. Plutôt que de vous laisser sur cette note d''un séjour décevant.   • What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

    Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00.

    If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive.

    Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment.

    If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.
