Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Très déçus de notre nuit dans cet hôtel ! Le sol n’a même pas été nettoyé ou aspiré, je me suis prise un bout de verre dans le pied et en vérifiant si il y en avait d’autres, il y avait plein de poussières sous les lits. Le matelas n’est pas du tout confortable, on dirait que l’on dort sur une planche !!! La porte de la salle de bain grince comme pas possible… Le radiateur fait énormément de bruits, nous avions dû l’éteindre. Et comme ci ce n’était pas suffisant, c’est très bruyant ! On a entendu des personnes parler une bonne partie de la nuit.

Extremely frustrating check-in and poor-quality rooms

We had a very poor experience at this hotel. Despite booking and paying in full through Lastminute.com, the automatic check-in system did not work and kept insisting I had not paid. Using the intercom to contact staff did not help, and we were told to wait hours for reception to open — even though self check-in was advertised from 14:00. When reception finally opened, the staff continued to claim I had not paid. After 30 stressful minutes of arguing and back-and-forth, they eventually located my reservation (the hotel manager over the phone asked me to make another payment at the hotel and reclaiming the money from lastminute.com - I refused to do this - if I had to do this, one of the two charges could possibly be considered as a fraudulent transaction). Travelling with two young children, who were exhausted and cranky after a long drive to the hotel, made this experience highly stressful and completely avoidable. The room itself was substandard: no kettle, a short shower curtain that flooded the bathroom floor, very thin towels, awkward toiletry storage space over the toilet bowl rather than the sink, and uncomfortable beds that left us with body aches for two days. I also overheard staff mention that this payment issue happens with other customers, suggesting a recurrent problem. Between the hotel’s poor organization and low-quality rooms, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would not book this hotel again in the future (neither directly, nor via an agent website) - the stress I endured with them is just not worth it.

Répond à nos attentes

Accueil sympathique et souriant. Propreté des lieux. Chambre très correcte, c'est pour cela qu'on choisi souvent B&B. Par contre dorénavant nous ne prendrons plus le petit déjeuner, c'est devenu trop cher. Il faudrait peut-être proposer une formule à 4 € avec café, un jus de fruit, 2 viennoiseries ou un pain + 1 viennoiserie...tout est possible. Merci et à bientôt
