A budget-friendly stay in this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

 

Regensburg isn’t a UNESCO World Heritage Site for no reason. Numerous sights, such as the wonderful old town, Fürsten von Thurn und Taxis Castle, as well as the adjoining Dörnberg Park adorn the city. In good weather, you can also take a walk along the banks of the river.  

Location

You can reach the railway station and the city centre in around 10 minutes. The good connections and public transport make it easy to reach every corner of the Upper-Palatinate city.

The 96 hotel rooms offer a peaceful night’s sleep, thanks to soundproofed windows. All single, double and family rooms come with a TV, desk and a bathroom with a shower, WC, hairdryer and a washbasin. Climate control ensures a pleasant room temperature.

Zu laut, Abfluss stank

Leider bekommt man jede Kleinigkeit mit die am Gang /Flur gesprochen wird. Die Türen sind Feuerschutz Türen was grundsätzlich gut ist jedoch nicht wenn diese im 10 Minuten takt irgendwo am Stock zuschlagen. Es war leider sehr schwer bei diesem Lärm einzuschlafen. Weiters hatten wir uns Zimmer in Richtung Autobahn Auffahrt.Diese bekam man fast nicht mit, da die Fenster sehr gut abgedichtet haben. Ein weiteres Problem war, dass der Abfluss der Dusche im Badezimmer sehr stank. Auch gab es komische Flecken am Boden der Dusche. Was ich auch Schade fand, es gab keine Möglichkeit sich in eine Lobby zu setzen und gemütlich zusammen zu setzen, da der Frühstücksbereich abgesperrt war. Positiv: Das Bett war sehr bequem. Es gab Sitzmöglichkeiten und einen Tisch im Zimmer. Auch ein Föhn war im Zimmer.

Prima basic hotel voor 1 overnachting op doorreis.

Schoon hotel, dichtbij snelweg. Alleen jammer dat er voor parkeren € 6,00 wordt gerekend terwijl ze aangeven niet aansprakelijk te zijn voor vernieling of andere schade. Waarom dan wel geld vragen. Zou gewoon een service moeten zijn.
