What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Il est regrettable que votre arrivée se soit effectuée dans de telles circonstances mais après vérification de notre part aucun dysfonctionnement de la borne d'appel n'a eu lieu, le temps d'attente peut effectivement être impacté en fonction de la saturation de nos lignes d'assistance. Sachez cependant que cela aurait pu être évité en récupérant directement votre code d'accès via la borne d'enregistrement, même après avoir effectué votre check-in. Nous tenons à rappeler également que l'envoi du code d'accès et du numéro de chambre en cas de check-in en ligne se fait uniquement à l'adresse mail renseignée lors de votre réservation. Il est dommage de sanctionner notre établissement et notre personnel aussi durement dans la mesure où nous avons respecté la procédure d'arrivée et que le problème relevé est indépendant de notre volonté.
