What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Séjour correct mais prestations et propreté en dessous des attentes

Le séjour a été globalement moyen. L’accueil et la facilité de réservation sont satisfaisants, mais la propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain laisse à désirer (murs sales, sensation de nettoyage superficiel). Le confort du lit est insuffisant (structure bruyante, literie mal adaptée) et le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas au rendez-vous comparé à des établissements équivalents. Le petit-déjeuner reste correct mais manque de choix et de produits de qualité.

Cependant vous avez été changé de chambre ce qui est tout à fait normal. Concernant votre point, vis à vis de nos confrères Ibis styles, ce sont des établissements 3 étoiles, qui sont en moyennes 30% plus chères que nous, votre nuit était à 55€. En espérant vous revoir prochainement dans notre hôtel.

Goed hotel niks mis mee. Kamer perfect schoon Ontbijt goed. Vriendelijke balie medewerker Spreek ook Engels belangrijk voor als je uit Nederland komt.
