What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

estancia desastrosa y personal de recepcion muy mal educado.

Quede muy insatisfecho por la atencion que recibi por parte de recepcion. Un señor ( por decir algo) de uno 50 años, pelo blanco y ojos azules. Cuando llegamos me pregunto de donde veniamos y le respondi que de españa, concretamente de Cataluña. Me pregunto si todavia existia cataluña porque en francia solamente hablaban catalan en algunos pueblos. Comentario muy desafortunado y fuera de lugar. Creo que ese señor no merece ocupar ese puesto independientemente de las ideas politicas que tenga. Por otro lado decir que el hotel dejaba que desear ( yo soy muy asiduo a los hoteles B&B en españa y eso es otra historia) . Para desayunar habia la opcion de escoger un solo queso ( no varias opciones como en otros sitios , varios quesos, embutidos....) o croissants solamente normal y con chocolate. Cuando llegabas a desayunar estaban las bandejas vacias y habia que pedirle cada vez que pusiera croissants ( los ponia de 2 en 2) Por fin decir que en la cama habia unos bichitos muy pequeños que se movian sobre la sabana. Enfin, una experiencia desastrosa.

Hola, nos sorprende mucho su comentario. Nuestro subdirector habla cinco idiomas oficiales. El catalán no es un idioma obligatorio y él no habla catalán. Sin embargo, sí habla el idioma de Cataluña, España. Por lo tanto, nuestro personal, totalmente apolítico, no tiene sesgo político. En cuanto al queso, hay dos tipos disponibles, y en cuanto a la repostería, usted y su esposa pidieron seis cruasanes, lo que significó que los demás huéspedes no recibieran ninguno. El subdirector fue añadiendo los cruasanes poco a poco. Nuestro subdirector es un caballero conocido por su amabilidad y es completamente apolítico; de hecho, no hablamos catalán. Lamentamos que su estancia no haya sido satisfactoria. En nuestro establecimiento se hablan idiomas de países europeos y no europeos: francés, alemán, inglés, español, italiano y también árabe. Pero no catalán. Les deseamos un buen fin de semana.
