I am regularly in Inverness and hotel B&B is always my first option. I always have a nice stay. Glad to see the rooms were refurbished. It added to a nicer stay this time. The new rooms however have a very (and somehow unpleasant) smell of the new furniture (it smelled like weed, I asked to change the room), but I guess this will fade away at some point. Other than that, the staff are all nice and friendly, the location is top notch and I tend to stay at this hotel most of the times I am in town.

Overall a great location, walking distance to all attractions, modern, spacious, and very convenient to reach the train and bus stations. Check in process was easy and had a beautiful view of the river and churches from my room window. There are 2 pillows per guest, my suggestion is to have one harder and one softer and not 2 hard ones. The bathroom air vent was not working (517) and after a hot shower it all got a bit too steamy. I would definitely return to this hotel again.

I was very impressed with the room. Not only did it look clean, it FELT clean. Everything was very practically arranged - from the clothes hanging section to the hairdryer next to the mirror. Probably the largest showerhead I have ever seen - big plus for a relaxing shower after a long day of travel. I also appreciated the obvious dedication to being more eco-friendly and sustainable in their practices. The only thing I thought could have been better was the breakfast which felt a little uninspired.

Late night check in ![trustyou]()
I checked in at 0400 in the morning due to snow and weather related issues without a booking. I was grateful the hotel had a room. The room was adequate and the bathroom was clean and roomy. My only issue was the room key was not working and I had to return to reception three times before the key worked and I believe was due to a change in software. I would recommend this hotel as it seemed to be different to others I had stayed in where you can't always see any differences due to corporate images!

My stay in Inverness ![trustyou]()
The staff were so friendly and attentive. The could not do enough for us! The food was lovely and we were very relaxed in the hotel and well cared for. The price was very reasonable and we felt we had a lovely time - A real home from home. We liked the information on the bedroom wall about the churches. We shall certainly visit again when we visit Inverness.

Comfortable hotel, very central, ![trustyou]()
Happy with the hotel and the price is reasonable for the quality and the central location. There is a nice bar but the prices were a shock (pre dinner drinks cost £94 which is why I rate the hotel at 9 rather than 10). The bed was very comfortable,, the shower worked well & staff friendly & welcoming. We had breakfast with relatives so I cannot comment on the hotel breakfast.
