Cant recommend this hotel highly enough; 5 star value for 2 star price in a city centre hotel. Helpful, cheeful staff, attention to detail, high quality modern fixtures... Lots of gluten free options for my celiac wife, and lots of other options for breakfast. The ONLY downside was the off-site third party parking. Will definitely stay here again, and will seek out other B&B Hotel properties on our travels.

While the hotel is undergoing a renovation in the lobby area, the rooms are modern, up to date, clean and soundproof. The staff works hard to accommodate any requests and kept the bar breakfast area available at all times.

When we stayed here I understood that the hotel was under renovation at the time and adopted an open minded approach when staying. There was unbelievable noise coming from a nearby pub smoking area to which girls were screaming to each other and woke us up. The towels for a shower had long black hairs on them - definitely did not come from us! Which was disgusting. Staff at breakfast were not welcoming at all - receptionist staff were lovely and helped after our keycard would not work at our room so cannot fault them.

Lovely stay, but disappointed gym was unavailable due to renovation - the main reason doesn't booking this hotel was due to gym facilities. Nothing on website to say hotel was undergoing renovation work

Everything was lovely. I would of liked breakfast but the website did have 2 different prices and the price I was paying anyway something should of been included. But hotel was lovely building and the decor in reception love it. Just there were alot of stickers/ signs in the room you could reduce those because it's like you are telling us of for being there.

A very positive overnight stay - I have used B&B Hotels in Germany & Poland so I knew what to expect, and it lived up to that. The room rate I got - very low season in Inverness terms - was excellent. Location within 5 minutes walk of the bus and train stations was ideal. Lots of good food options also withing a 5 minute walk. My room was quiet, comfortable, clean and warm. Staff were efficient and friendly.

Great wee hotel right on Academy Street, still undergoing upgrades but didn't interfere with the experience. Friendly staff, very clean rooms and public areas. Situated right in the centre of Inverness and close to all transport hubs. Well worth visiting.

I am regularly in Inverness and hotel B&B is always my first option. I always have a nice stay. Glad to see the rooms were refurbished. It added to a nicer stay this time. The new rooms however have a very (and somehow unpleasant) smell of the new furniture (it smelled like weed, I asked to change the room), but I guess this will fade away at some point. Other than that, the staff are all nice and friendly, the location is top notch and I tend to stay at this hotel most of the times I am in town.

Mit dem Auto: Von der A9 kommend: Nimm die Ausfahrt Richtung Inverness und folge der Longman Road. Biege links ab auf die Rose Street und fahre weiter bis zur Union Street. Das B&B HOTEL Inverness befindet sich nach etwa 200 Metern auf der linken Seite. Von der A82 kommend: Folge der Straße entlang des Loch Ness bis in die Stadt. Biege nach der Ness Bridge links ab und folge der Bank Street bis zur Friar’s Lane. Biege rechts ab auf die Academy Street, das Hotel befindet sich nach etwa 100 Metern auf der rechten Seite.
