Late night check in ![trustyou]()
I checked in at 0400 in the morning due to snow and weather related issues without a booking. I was grateful the hotel had a room. The room was adequate and the bathroom was clean and roomy. My only issue was the room key was not working and I had to return to reception three times before the key worked and I believe was due to a change in software. I would recommend this hotel as it seemed to be different to others I had stayed in where you can't always see any differences due to corporate images!

My stay in Inverness ![trustyou]()
The staff were so friendly and attentive. The could not do enough for us! The food was lovely and we were very relaxed in the hotel and well cared for. The price was very reasonable and we felt we had a lovely time - A real home from home. We liked the information on the bedroom wall about the churches. We shall certainly visit again when we visit Inverness.

Very happy with stay. ![trustyou]()
Original room had faulty TV but once reported was then upgraded to newly refurbished room with working TV,very satisfied with quick response.

Comfortable hotel, very central, ![trustyou]()
Happy with the hotel and the price is reasonable for the quality and the central location. There is a nice bar but the prices were a shock (pre dinner drinks cost £94 which is why I rate the hotel at 9 rather than 10). The bed was very comfortable,, the shower worked well & staff friendly & welcoming. We had breakfast with relatives so I cannot comment on the hotel breakfast.

Great hotel in a very good spot ![trustyou]()
Very clean room, the staff was really accomodating. One small issue was that we had to change the keycards three times because they kept demagnetizing. Small detail for smokers: The hotel has its own small patio where you can grab your beer and have a smoke. The beers on tap are delicious and not to expensive considering their quality.

Nice hotel, but sleepless night ![trustyou]()
Overall a good stay - everything nice, clean and really nice friendly Staff at check in/check out. However, the night porter was continuously playing loud booming music from around 2.30am on the ground floor. My room was on the first floor above the reception/bar area. Eventually around 5.30am after being wakened up a number of times by the loud booming music, I called and asked him to turn off the music, or at least turn it down, as for the last 3 hours I had been wakened a number of times. He explained that this is the Hotel music that plays continuously, but that he would turn it down. Thankfully, the booming music stopped and I was able to sleep until 7am until it was time to get up. Not the best of sleeps for the day of meetings ahead.

B & B Inverness
Wonderful friendly staff, very clean comfortable room,. Had breakfast and evening meals at the hotel, all very tasty and good price. Would recommend this hotel.
