Warning. Do not stay here. Security risk and potential theft
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. While the location or rooms might seem fine, there is a serious issue with the integrity of the staff and the safety of your belongings. I accidentally left my tablet in the room after checking out. I realize this was my initial mistake, but what followed is unacceptable. I contacted the reception a few hours later; the receptionist was polite and checked the laundry, but the cleaning staff claimed they never found the device. However, using a tracking app, I discovered that my tablet was switched on shortly after at the address of a local pawn shop (a "cash-for-electronics" store). I have screenshots proving my device was connected to Wi-Fi at that specific location before it was permanently turned off. Despite this clear evidence, the hotel management offered no assistance, no compensation, and showed zero interest in conducting an internal investigation. As I was traveling as a tourist and had a tight schedule, I unfortunately did not have the time to personally visit the police station and file a formal report before leaving the city. The lack of accountability here is shocking. If you value your electronics and peace of mind, find somewhere else to stay. Your property is not safe in the hands of this staff.

Accueil très chaleureux, réceptionniste très agréable, chambre propre, à deux pas de la patinoire. Gros point négatif pas d'eau chaude le matin à 10h00 pour se doucher, et surtout la femme de ménage qui vient deux fois nous réveiller à 45 min d'intervalle ( une fois à 9h et l'autre à 9h45). En toute logique si à 9h on dort encore, 45min plus tard on n'a pas libéré la chambre. Et je précise qu'il n'y avait pas dans notre chambre (2 lits simples) de panneau "ne pas déranger" à mettre sur la porte.

Bien, dommage que la dernière impression ne soit pas bonne (petit déjeuner)
Hotel B&B standard. La literie, ainsi que la propreté sont bonne. Dommage qu'a 9h30 le buffet du petit déjeuner soit à 50% vide, et pas rechargé par manque de marchandises.

Bon hôtel mais revoir le chauffage et chauffe eau
Très bien dans l'ensemble mais revoir le chauffage et le chauffe eau. Il ne fonctionnent pas. C'est pas la.premierr fois dans cet hôtel, c'est dommage. La dernière c'est parce qu'il chauffait d'un rien même éteint et cette fois il ne fonctionnait pas du tout. Mais attention je recommande tout de même cet hôtel qui encore une fois est une surprise Personnel sympathique. Et femme de ménage agréable. 🙏🏾
