"Our excursion tip: A nice walk over the city wall, which leads around the old town of Göttingen. From the city wall you can get back to the old town or pedestrian zone or other sights from several places."

The train station is 600m away from the hotel, making it as easily accessible as the university, which is 500m away. The market square with the famous Gänseliesel is about 1 km away from the hotel.

Erwartungen gänzlich übertroffen!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel! Sauber, nett eingerichtet und für uns im Familienzimmer ausreichend geräumig, um uns wohl zu fühlen. Es ist zentral gelegen. Fußläufig kann man die Stadt schnell erreichen. Also wirklich alles vorhanden, um einen schönen Urlaubstag zu genießen!

Übernachten in Göttingen

Ein gut erreichbarer Ort mit Parkplatz und guter Verbindung zu Fuß zur Innenstadt. Die Ausstattung, Sauberkeit sind sehr gut und zeitgemäß.Trotz Nähe zur Bahn gab es kaum Geräusche . Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt .

Directions to Hotel Göttingen City

From the A7: Exit 72-Göttingen-Nord towards Göttingen-Nord/Bovenden/Duderstadt, take the right lane to the B3 exit in the direction of Göttingen-Lutteranger/Northeim, continue on B3, turn right onto Im Rinschenrott, continue straight on Maschmühlenweg, turn left at Hildebrandstraße - the hotel is on the right after 240 m.

Alternatively A7 from the south: Take exit 73-Göttingen, turn right towards Göttingen-Rosdorf on B3/Kasseler Landstraße, then left onto Bahnhofsallee, right onto Maschmühlenweg - the hotel is on the right. 

Bus/Train: from Göttingen main station about 750 m walk, or regional bus 185 towards Ebergötzen to Platz der Göttinger Sieben (University), 350 m walk to the hotel.
