Where to park?

The B&B Hotel Genova City Center has 6 private outdoor parking spaces, which cannot be reserved and are located at our access on Via degli Archi 6, at a cost of €20 per night.

Should our parking lot be full, our guests will find plenty of public blue line parking spaces available for a fee at the access from Corso Andrea Podestà or along Via Innocenzo Frugoni, at an hourly rate from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., excluding Sundays.

Avevo già soggiornato nella catena di b&b hotel e sapevo di andare sul sicuro La pecca della camera? Graffi di sfregamento su pareti e porte. I corridoi dell'hotel erano gelidi come se avessero lasciato la porta aperta all'ingresso ed è poco intuibile che la hall si trovi al 5° piano che, per nostra fortuna indicata da altri turisti. Non cambio idea sulla catena ma con piccoli accorgimenti questa struttura si eguaglia all'altra visita in passato.

Le porgo le mie scuse più sincere per il disguido che ha portato alla mancata soddisfazione della sua richiesta. Per offrirle un'esperienza migliore, le avevamo assegnato un upgrade gratuito in una Camera Deluxe, che è già dotata di quattro cuscini. E' evidente che vi sia stata una incomprensione alla sua successiva richiesta di ulteriori quattro cuscini e mi scuso personalmente per questa confusione e per il disagio arrecato. Siamo comunque lieti di apprendere che la qualità della colazione, la pulizia dell'Hotel e l'ambiente della camera siano stati di suo gradimento.
