What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

The train station is 2 minutes away, and the Route des Vins isn't far off for those who might enjoy a bit of wine tasting. Correct sans plus. Bien situé, en revanche pas de parking. Sanitaire broyeur fait bcp de bruit Ainsi que la clim/ chauffage réversible, obligé de l'enclencher sinon il fait vite froid dans la chambre, fenêtre mal isolé le froid rentre (coupé grâce à un voilage et rideau opac) Un peu de bruit de l'extérieur (côté route) mais heure raisonnable (poubelle 21h-22h et les livraisons 7h30-9h)

Même si la chambre était correcte, l'expérience a été très décevante. Certes sous prétexte d'écologie les serviettes ne sont plus changées mais pourquoi ne pas faire la chambre ? Nous avions laissé les serviettes dans la douche en pensant qu elles seraient changées lors du passage de la femme de chambre. Nous sommes allés nous renseigner à l'accueil: - si vous voulez que la chambre soit faite il faut le demander. - si vous voulez des serviettes propres il faut le demander. - si vous voulez un sèche-cheveux il faut le demander. Dans ces conditions je préfère aller dans une autre chaîne d hotel. Le minimum des services attendus n’est pas là selon moi. De plus, la salle du petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop petite.

Nous colmprenons que la salle de bain et le petit-déjeuner aient semblés petits; nos espaces sont compacts mais fonctionnels.
