Sehr geehrtes B&B Hotels Team, Unser Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel war insgesamt sehr zufriedenstellend. Service, Sauberkeit und Komfort des Zimmers waren wie erwartet. Allerdings möchte ich auf ein Problem hinweisen: In der Anzeige wird ein Parkplatz angeboten, jedoch nicht erwähnt, dass dieser 18 Euro pro Tag kostet und nicht immer verfügbar ist. Bei unserer Ankunft, nachdem wir angekündigt hatten, später einzutreffen, war kein Parkplatz frei, sodass wir einen Platz auf der Straße suchen mussten, was aufgrund der Lage des Hotels unangenehm war. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn dieser Hinweis klar in der Anzeige vermerkt wäre, um zukünftigen Gästen Unannehmlichkeiten zu ersparen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Diana
